A public status page, on someone else's infrastructure

status.screenshotline.com now runs four checks from outside, including one that renders a real page. A status page on the same server dies with the server.

status.screenshotline.com is live, running on GitHub Actions and GitHub Pages rather than on the box it watches.

Four checks: the website, /healthz/render which renders a real page, the API expecting a 401, and the MCP endpoint expecting a 405. Expecting a 401 proves the API routes and authenticates without spending a render or storing a credential in the monitor.
